Chief Executive Officer & Medical Director of Diagnostic Eye Specialists, Inc. and Eye Laser Specialists,Inc. since 1980; Guided the company from a one doctor, one staff member, one exam room office to a multi-physician, 15 employee, six exam lane practice with an in office operating suite, laser center and optical.

Efficient delivery of professional services as necessitated by evolving HMO, PPO and other health insurance plan models. Encouraged a culture where each individual is respected and a "have fun" atmosphere prevails.
